VSM Process Discovery Workshop

WHY?
Your processes have evolved through shifting demand changes in both the product or services you supply and the workforce that delivers them. HOW?
This workshop takes your employees on a two-day journey of discovery, starting with practical training on the VSM methodology, then straight to the action.

Day one, they learn about VSM (value stream mapping), then create their own on your processes.

Day two, they create the FSM (future state map) understand the gaps which are stopping the future state being a reality — followed by making plans for the activity needed to close these gaps.

DELIVERABLES!
Your team will build both a current and future state map of your critical processes, listing all primary value and none value-added areas. Next, creating strategic plans for the right improvement activity needed to make the future state a reality.
