That’s right; you could be performing better than you were before if you embrace the opportunity that lays in front of your organisation, as you go back to work. 

As your people go back into the workplace, especially if your organisation was not heavily involved in continuous improvement before.

The most significant barrier to getting started with a continuous improvement program is getting people on board to the idea of change.
